	Our handmade gifts follow a simple procedure. We can create a special, personalised handmade owl gift for you or alter an existing design to your specifications. When creating a new personalised handmade gift, we think of the person it is for - their tastes, their likes, their hobbies, their profession. According to these factors, we reach a decision regarding the final design. We then move on to the beginning stages of design...
	At this point, we draw out several sketches of how the intended final product should be. If you have ordered a gift to be created from scratch, we can confirm the design with you before beginning the creation process (unless you'd rather let us surprise you too!). Once we have determined the final design, we begin to hatch the handmade gift...
	Niki Owl handmade gifts are elaborated with natural products, handpainted and mounted on a pedestal (this is optional or subject to the intended design). This means that if several of the same design are ordered, although great care to replicate them is taken, they will always be slightly different. This is what makes each handmade Niki Owl gift unique and gives them that special distinction.
	Niki Owl handmade gifts are presented with personalised Certificates of Owlthenticity and are shipped with a free token gift or handmade greeting card of your choice.
